Who is eligible for the INF SelectCare Plan?
Any Non-US Citizen & US Expatriate can apply for the INF SelectCare Plan. This includes Green Card holders, H-1B Visa Holders, Permanent Residents, Students on F1 / F1 Visas, those on OTP, and those whose immigration status is not yet confirmed. This plan works for all age groups, from age 0 to age 99+.
Why should I purchase the INF SelectCare Plan?
The INF SelectCare Plan provides the best coverage at the lowest cost for all visiting age 0-69 year. There is no other insurance program which provides the same amount of benefits & state with certainty it will pay 100% of all eligible claims. The SelectCare plan with it's low deductibles & affordable premiums is perfect for any visiting families looking to insure against major medical risks, as well as protect against minor medical needs.
Who underwrites the SelectCare Plan?
AXIS Insurance Company based out of Chicago, IL is the underwriter for the SelectCare Plan. INF only uses American Underwriters to protect policy holders. INF policies regulated by the State Insurance authority. ALL other Visitors Insurance Plans are underwritten by foreign companies, meaning they are not regulated. With INF SelectCare Plan, you get the peace of mind you want, with the coverage you need.
Are the SelectCare Plan's Premiums Pro-Rated?
Yes. For example, if you apply for 1 month and 5 days - that is the exact amount you pay for. No more, no less. Rates are based on a 30 day calendar and are prorated on that basis.
Can I renew the SelectCare Plan?
You are able to renew the SelectCare Plan for any amount of time after the initial coverage period. We send email, text, and phone call reminders to you 1 week & 1 day before the policy expiration.
Will this plan cover pre-existing conditions?
The SelectCare Plan does not cover pre-existing conditions. We recommend individuals below 50 years of age who do not have any pre-existing conditions enroll in this program.
Can I cancel this plan?
You are able to cancel this plan for a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) before the start date of the coverage. Cancellation forms must be completed in writing and faxed to INF at 408-520-4967. Application fees ($5) are non-refundable. After the policy start date, the premium is fully earned and therefore impossible to refund.
Will the INF SelectCare cover Travel?
The SelectCare Plan covers travel through any stop over. Whether you are transiting through Dubai, London, or Hong Kong, you will have coverage throughout your journey. Travel with confidence, only provided by the INF SelectCare Plan.
Will this Cover Dental?
Yes. The INF SelectCare Plan comes with the Careington POS Discount Card, which provides Dental savings of up to 50% on many dental procedures. Additional benefits include Vision, Hearing, & Prescription Drug Discount Coverage.

What's the minimum enrollment for the SelectCare Plan?
The minimum enrollment period for this plan is 30 days. The maximum enrollment period is 300 days from the first date of enrollment.
How do I pay for this Plan?
INF accepts all major credit card for for payment (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). We also accept Check & Money Orders along with a paper application. For paper applications, please contact your agent or email suppport @infplans.com
How do I apply for the SelectCare Plan?

Where can I use this Plan?
The SelectCare Plan uses the First Health PPO Network. This is one of the largest PPO networks in the nation member health care providers in every locality. This PPO Network contracts with the Insurance company to provide pre-negotiated, discounted medical rates to insured individuals. Moreover, insureds can take advantage of cashless claims. No longer will you need to pay hospital bills upfront & then submit claims forms, waiting sometimes months for reimbursement. Instead, the health care provider will bill the insurance directly, meaning your out of pocket expense is limited to your deductible.
Who do I reach to out about claims questions?
Anytime you visit a health care provider, even if you do not pay, we strongly suggest you fill out the INF claim form so the insurance company has a record of your visit to the health care provider & will be able to pay your claim in a timely manner.
